Dreamweaver 8 SFTP settings

• With Secure FTP the ID, password and content are encrypted as they travel over the internet.
• Secure FTP access is restricted to the wisc.edu domain. If using an off campus IP# or the UW wireless Please see Virtual Private Network information

1. Open Dreamweaver 8 and select: Site -- New Site...

2. Switch to Advanced on the top right, select remote info, pick FTP in the drop down box
Enter the hostname: rso.wisc.edu , your loginID, password and check "Use Secure FTP (SFTP)"
